- Unlimited* personalized workouts for 30 days: I will tailor each session to your specific goals, fitness level, and preferences.
- Constant motivation and support: Stay on track with Gary who will push you to achieve your best.
- Flexible scheduling: Work out on your own time (subject to availability*)
- Comprehensive fitness plan: Receive a customized plan that includes nutrition guidance and lifestyle recommendations for holistic well-being.

10-Session Package
within 90 days / $500
Prefer a more structured approach or have a busy schedule? Choose the 10-session package instead!
Here’s what you get instead:
- Flexible scheduling: Book your sessions at your convenience within 90 days of purchase.
Choose the plan that fits your needs: unlimited or flexible, both offering exceptional value.
Individual personal training rates start at $80 for a 45-minute session.
Training Hours
Monday-Friday: 5am- 5pm
Saturday: 7am – 2pM
*) Availability: “Unlimited” sessions are subject to Gary’s availability during regular business hours. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slots. Holidays: Sessions are not available on public holidays. Please inquire about specific holiday closures. Session Limit: To ensure personalized attention and adequate recovery time, clients are limited to one 45-min training session per day. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a training session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a non-reimbursement fee.
